These terms cover purchases from the Mind Out online store at mindout.com.au (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
Merch is print-on-demand and made to order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the finished garment. Size charts (where shown) are a guide; if you are between sizes, check the product page notes.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully processed. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We may cancel an order if payment fails, stock/printability becomes unavailable, or we suspect fraud — we will refund any amount we have taken in those cases.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Our Shipping (/shipping/) and Refund and Returns (/refund_returns/) pages form part of these terms. Merch returns are limited to defects and wrong items as described there.
Intellectual property
Mind Out designs, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without permission. Buying a product does not transfer IP rights in the artwork beyond personal use of the item you receive.
Liability
To the extent allowed by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
