Mind Out merch is printed and fulfilled to order (via our print partner). Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout for your address — we do not use a single flat rate.
Delivery estimates
After you enter your address at checkout you will see available methods (for example Economy and Express) with live prices and estimated delivery dates. Estimates start from when production finishes, not from when you click pay.
Typical timing for Australian addresses is on the order of about a week from order to door for standard options, but always use the dates shown for your order.
Orders and tracking
You will get an order confirmation by email. When your parcel ships you should receive tracking details from our fulfilment partner.
Duties and taxes
Prices on the store are in Australian dollars (AUD). Import duties or local taxes may apply for some international destinations and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Problems with delivery
