This policy explains how Mind Out (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use mindout.com.au or buy from our store.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Name, email, phone, and shipping/billing address when you order or contact us
- Payment details (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers)
- Account or order history if you create an account
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies for site operation and analytics
Why we use it
We use personal information to fulfil orders, provide support, improve the site, meet legal obligations, and (only where allowed) send updates you have opted into.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who help us run the store, including hosting, payments, email, and print-on-demand fulfilment (for example shipping your merch). They only get what they need to do their job. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security
